At iSoftware Labs we recognize that each client's need to evaluate risk is vitally important to determining the overall value of choosing to outsource the development of core business processes. As such, we take great strides to assess risks and develop strategies to successfully manage them for our clients.
At iSoftware Labs we recognize that each client's need to evaluate risk is vitally important to determining the overall value of choosing to outsource the development of core business processes. As such, we take great strides to assess risks and develop strategies to successfully manage them for our clients.
To increase each client's ability to successfully manage risk at the source of the project, we take proactive steps to avoid risk by abiding by the following activities:
- Planning how risk management will be held in the particular project. Plan includes risk management tasks, responsibilities, activities and budget;
- Assigning a team member other than a project manager to be responsible for foreseeing potential project problems;
- Creating anonymous risk reporting channels. Each team member has the opportunity to report foreseen risk in the project;
- Preparing mitigation plans for risks that are chosen to be mitigated. The purpose of the mitigation plan is to describe how this particular risk will be handled - what will be done, when and by who as well as how to avoid it or minimize consequences if it becomes a liability;
- Create detailed documentation on programming progress to ensure no one person controls the software's functionality.
Above all, iSoftware Labs seeks to reduce risk for its clients by identifying and improving underdeveloped opportunities while avoiding all possibility for risk arising from the source of the project and its development.
